Cancellations must be made in writing to email@example.com on or before October 12, 2020 for a full refund less a $35 admin fee. Cancellations requests by telephone will not be accepted. Cancellations received after October 12, 2020, are subject to a $150 fee per person. By virtue of your registration, you agree to the cancellation terms as outlined.
By your attendance, you waive and release for you, your family and anyone accompanying you to the Executive Arborist Workshop any and all rights and claims for losses and damages against TCIA and their representatives, successors and assigns for any and all injuries suffered as a participant in the Executive Arborist Workshop.
Attendees shall not hold any meeting, educational seminar, event, demonstration, hospitality room, or any other activity for the purpose of which may be reasonably construed to attract Executive Arborist Workshop attendees that conflicts with TCIA scheduled events.
By virtue of your attendance, you agree to the use of your likeness in TCIA’s promotional materials.
By virtue of my registration, I agree that I will abide by social distancing guidelines and safety and health precautions for this location. This could entail wearing masks, assigned seating, and/or other precautions provided by TCIA, the venue, and/or governmental agencies. It is my responsibility to read, understand and follow those guidelines. In addition, If I don’t understand any of the guidelines it is my duty to ask TCIA for clarification.
I understand TCIA will alert me of the guidelines I am agreeing to follow a few weeks before the workshop.
