Imagine setting goals that will help you feel confident navigating the growth of your business. TCIA’s Executive Arborist Workshop will give you the tools you need to stop working in your business and allow you to work on your business.

This two-day workshop is designed to help growing companies develop in a smoother, more consistent manner. You didn’t start a tree care company to lose money – business growth is what drives you to do more and do better. Ask yourself:

  • How is your team’s productivity? Are you still delivering the same high level of service that your clients expect of you?
  • How is quality of life for you and your crew? Do you have work/life balance, or are you working too hard to stay in the same place?
  • Are the systems you developed when you were smaller capable of handling your current volume or the next level of expansion?

If these are challenges you’ve encountered, you aren’t alone – your industry colleagues are experiencing the same challenges. Join us for two days of educational sessions, round-tables and networking with successful tree care business owners and professional business speakers who will give you the tools needed to address these issues head-on and move beyond them.

Supporting the Industry

WMC is home to two important events – the TCIAF Robert Felix Fishing Tournament, and the Voice for Trees (VFT) Political Action Committee Auction (PAC). By teeing up with a team or sponsoring the fishing tournament, you’ll be contributing funds that are earmarked to benefit students of arboriculture – the future of our industry!

You can also positively affect the industry by attending the VFT-PAC Auction event – funds raised are used to take direct action on legislative and regulatory issues that affect the tree care industry.

Education and CEUs

Each year we focus on business topics that are relevant to you, and this year is no different! Join us as we welcome new speakers and bring back past favorites. Topics will include safety and leadership, business processes, brand messaging, and more! We are glad to offer CTSP and ISA CEUs to all eligible sessions. Please be sure to check the Education and Networking pages in the coming weeks for information about CEUs.

Supporting the Community

For nearly ten years, TCIA has been running our annual “Give Back” campaign at Winter Management Conference in February. In case you’re unfamiliar, TCIA partners with a local school and encourages WMC attendees to bring much-needed donations of school supplies.
